Introduction

This agreement is effective from the time of user registration and use of the BaBit platform services and remains binding until the user's account is deactivated. The users of the BaBit platform and the BaBit entity are the parties to this agreement. To better understand the provisions of this agreement, the frequently used terms and definitions are explained below.

Definitions and Terms

Using BaBit services constitutes full acceptance of these terms and conditions, and by registering on the platform, the user commits to complying with them.

Membership and Activity Rules

BaBit operates in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Islamic Republic of Iran and reserves the right to restrict or suspend accounts of users whose activities violate national laws. The user commits that the account is created solely for personal use.

Membership Requirements

• Being at least 18 years old.
• Having legal capacity to enter into contracts.
• No history of prohibition or suspension on BaBit.
• Having permissible citizenship in accordance with national laws.

User Commitments

• Choosing a strong and unique password.
• Enabling security methods (such as two-factor authentication).
• Providing accurate and up-to-date information.
• Immediately reporting any suspicious activity to BaBit support.

Identity Verification

BaBit is required to verify users' identities in accordance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) laws. The collected information is used solely for legal purposes and will not be shared with unauthorized parties.

Fees and Financial Rules

Conducting any transaction on BaBit constitutes acceptance of the announced fees. Storing cryptocurrencies on BaBit incurs no fees, but transaction fees vary based on transaction type and user level.

Deposit and withdrawal fees for cryptocurrencies are determined by the blockchain network, and BaBit has no role in setting or receiving them.

Orders and Transactions

By placing an order, the user authorizes BaBit to execute the transaction as registered. BaBit may, in special circumstances, restrict, reject, or halt orders or transactions, including in cases of suspicious activity, fraud reports, or legal requirements.

Withdrawals

• Sufficient balance is required for withdrawal.
• Entering the correct address is the user's responsibility.
• Transfers to incorrect addresses are irreversible.

Exploiting Bugs

Any exploitation of technical flaws or system bugs is considered a violation and will result in account blocking, asset seizure, and legal pursuit.

Electronic Notifications

The user agrees to receive all notifications through electronic methods. The user is responsible for updating contact information.
